However, I feel that one statement that was made about "killing a driver who makes you angry" even though the author tried to use sarcastic humor was a little extreme and some people may take that statement in the literal sense. Also there were a few misspelled words like the word "care" was used instead of "car" and "there" instead of "their", which I was distracted by the misused word instead of reading the material presented quickly and accurately. "

"i had to use the chat line, because it was after hours...it said at the top of the chat that it was secure...all i knew was that his name was Brad(no occupational license number or last name...)and that he was a support specialist. i had to contact someone, because on the very last section of the school, the page went blank after the bike lane part. He told me to refresh the page, which i did 3 times and still the page was blank. He asked me what browser i was using, and i was on Safari. He told me to try google chrome or mozilla firefox...got google chrome uploaded and page was still blank. He asked if i was on a computer...i was on my iPad, so i tried again on my husband's computer...it finally worked! i let him know and finished the course. i noticed when i went back to my iPad that he asked me for my DL...wasn't sure why, so i did not respond. It might be good to let people know that information in the beginning of the course... that it is better to use those browsers and use a computer vs a tablet or iPad. Besides that frustrating challenge, i actually enjoyed the course and found it easy to understand, had a good review of some things and learned some new things! (:"
